At the heart of London’s culinary scene, there’s a restaurant which is a firm favourite with fans of seafood: Papa Nadox Kitchen Seafood & Soul Food.

It was founded by Andrew, a businessman who decided to change careers after working for 15 years as a consultant in the United States. He fell in love with seafood there and decided to share his new-found passion back in the UK.

Starting out with a deeply held belief and just £100, Andrew transformed his kitchen into an experimental space and came up with the 24-hour concept: production to order, whatever the time of day, for guaranteed freshness and quality.

Today, Papa Nadox Kitchen has established itself as the UK’s leading seafood restaurant, offering an incredible range of seafood dishes which are served with uniquely flavoured and freshly prepared sauces.

For an entire year, Andrew worked on his own in the demanding restaurant business, without any team to support him and with limited knowledge of marketing.
